Overview
Venetto Design sells silk and Egyptian cotton bedding, cutlery, lighting and rugs to buyers in many countries. The store is built to present a large, made-to-order catalogue clearly and handle orders from abroad.
Goals
Clear options and size charts help buyers order the right size the first time. Honest lead times and visible returns terms build trust on high-ticket orders. Shop the look and matching-piece links lead buyers from one item to a full table setting. Regional storefronts and clear shipping terms make it easier to sell outside the home market.
The challenge
High-ticket homeware has to look as good on screen as it does in the room, and answer size, material and delivery questions before the shopper asks. Made-to-order pieces need honest lead times. For buyers abroad, shipping, returns and duties have to be clear before checkout, not after.
Our approach
Detailed variant options: Bedding sets are configured by size (EU and US), sheet type and pillowcase count, with a full size chart below. Made-to-order lead times: A badge under the price states the dispatch time, and custom sizing is offered on request. Shop the look: A styled table scene links the cutlery and plates shown, and product copy points to matching pieces. Shipping and care tabs: Tabs on each product page cover shipping times, the returns window and care guides by material. Reviews across the store: A floating reviews tab, a reviews page and per-product reviews show buyer feedback from across the catalogue. Regional storefronts: Localised storefronts for regional markets, including English, Spanish and Russian versions of the catalogue.
