Overview
Spacegoods sells mushroom coffee alternatives, matcha, sleep and hydration blends. The store is built to start shoppers on a starter kit subscription and keep them on refills.
Goals
Bundle tiers and free gifts make the larger starter kit the obvious pick, which lifts average order value. Subscription starter kits set up repeat revenue from the very first order. Advertorials pre-sell cold traffic, so paid visitors land ready to choose a kit. Clear cancel-anytime terms lower the barrier to starting a subscription.
The challenge
A daily drink lives or dies on the reorder. The store has to make the first order feel like good value, set up the refill without friction, and give shoppers enough reason to stay past the first delivery.
Our approach
Starter kit bundle tiers: Buy one, buy two get one free, or buy four get two free, with the supply length and free gifts shown on each tier. Mix-and-match flavours: Shoppers build their bundle by picking up to three flavours in the buy box before adding to cart. Free gifts in the buy box: Starter kits show the mug, frother and spoon as gift tiles, so the value of the kit is clear before checkout. Subscription-first buy box: Refills ship monthly or every three months, with cancel-anytime terms and a money-back guarantee by the button. Advertorial landing pages: Long-form advertorial and listicle pages give paid traffic the full story before it meets the offer. Coffee comparison: Product pages compare the blend with regular coffee and set out what to expect over the first months of use.
