Overview
PetPivot sells open-top automatic litter boxes plus the litter, bags and mats that keep them running. The store answers safety and fit questions, then sells the full setup.
Goals
Setup add-ons and the box-plus-bags bundle raise average order value on the first order. Refill plans for litter and bags turn a one-off machine sale into repeat purchase. Returns, warranty and pay-later terms beside the price reduce hesitation on a considered buy. Fit scenes and safety detail answer the questions that stall a checkout.
The challenge
An automatic litter box is a considered buy. The store has to show the machine is safe and will suit the cat and the home, put returns and warranty next to the price, and make refills easy to keep ordering.
Our approach
Setup add-ons: Litter, waste bags and a base mat sit under the add-to-cart button, next to a box-plus-bags bundle option. Refill subscriptions: Add-ons carry a refill schedule, monthly or every two months, with a lower price on the first delivery. Pay-later messaging: Instalments with Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm show under the price, with Shop Pay as an express option. Trust panels: Returns, warranty, free shipping and secure payment each open a short explainer right beside the buy box. Room-by-room fit guide: Tabbed scenes show the unit in a studio, laundry room, bathroom and bedroom, so shoppers can picture it at home. Safety and care detail: Sensor safety, litter rules and cleaning steps are covered in FAQs and downloadable manuals, above photo reviews.
