Overview
Omnilux sells LED light therapy masks, mini devices and topical skincare. The store matches each shopper to a device, backs it with clinical detail and builds a routine around it.
Goals
Device bundles and routine add-ons lift average order value on a premium basket. Clinical detail and dermatologist voices answer the trust question before checkout. Instalment pricing makes a high-ticket device easier to say yes to. Topicals and refill patches give device owners a reason to come back.
The challenge
A premium device has to earn trust before checkout. Shoppers need proof it works, help choosing between anti-ageing and acne devices, and a way to spread the cost. After the device, the store should sell the routine that goes with it.
Our approach
Skincare quiz: A quiz asks about skin concerns and desired results, then suggests a device and topical pairing. Device bundles: Bundles pair LED devices with each other or with topicals, in their own collection and the main menu. Proof beside the price: Before and afters, tech specs, how-to and contraindications tabs sit by the buy box, with a comparison table below. Routine cross-sell: A 'supercharge your results' block and a pre, during and post-LED routine add serums and masks in one tap. Pay in four, sticky cart: Instalment pricing shows under the price, and a sticky add-to-cart bar follows shoppers down the page. Reviews with skin profiles: Reviews show each reviewer's skin concern, age range and skin type, with photo filters and a Q&A tab.
