Overview
Nood sells at-home IPL devices alongside razors, serums and exfoliators. The store is built to sell the device, then the kit and the refills that bring customers back.
Goals
Kits and cart add-ons raise average order value on every device sale. Subscriptions on serums and refills turn a one-off device purchase into repeat revenue. Gift and free-shipping thresholds give shoppers a clear reason to add one more item. Separate landing pages let paid campaigns test offers without changing the main store.
The challenge
An IPL device is a big-ticket buy that only works with steady use. The store has to make the price feel fair next to salon treatments, take the risk out of trying it, and turn a one-off device sale into a routine with refills.
Our approach
Free-shipping progress bar: The cart drawer shows how far the shopper is from free shipping, with serum, razor and shave lube ready to add. Gift-with-purchase banner: A banner in the buy box tracks spend towards a free gift, then tells the shopper to pick it in the cart. Kits with subscribe and save: Device kits can be bought once or on subscription, with serum and other consumables delivered every 60 days. Cost and spec comparisons: Product pages compare the device with a rival IPL and with the cost of salon laser treatments. Guarantee and pay later: A money-back guarantee, a ships-tomorrow stock line and an Affirm pay-later option sit right under the price. Offer landing pages: Dedicated offer pages for device kits carry their own before-and-afters, press mentions and add-to-cart.
