Genion Space sells desk lamps, laptop desks and stands for people who work from home or on the move. The store is built to turn one product into a full workspace kit.
Goals
The setup picker and kits turn a single lamp order into a larger basket, which lifts average order value. Clear comparison and a fit check answer doubts on the page, before they turn into drop-off. A visible trial, warranty and pay-in-four make a premium price easier to say yes to. Kits grouped by use case make the next purchase obvious for returning customers.
The challenge
A premium desk lamp competes with cheap lookalikes. Shoppers need to see why it is different, trust it with their eyes and know they can send it back. Then the store has to make the full desk setup the easy choice.
Our approach
Setup picker: The buy box offers the lamp alone, a Desk Upgrade Kit or a Desk & Lounge Kit, with 'Most popular' and 'Best value' labels. Ready-made workspace kits: Bundles such as the Complete Workspace Kit and the Desk + Phone Kit package the range by how people work. Side-by-side story: A numbered section shows how the lamp differs from ordinary desk lamps: light quality, build and desk space. Quick fit check: A short checklist helps shoppers decide for themselves whether the product suits their desk and their day. Trust in the buy box: Free shipping, a 30-day money-back trial, warranty details and Afterpay sit right under the add-to-cart button. Reviews and creator video: Customer reviews and a YouTube creator review back up the product claims on the page.
