Overview
FlyHugz sells a 360° travel pillow alongside masks, earplugs and travel bags. The store turns a single pillow into a travel kit, through pack deals, add-ons and a comfort quiz.
Goals
Pack deals and kit add-ons lift average order value on a low-price product. The quiz turns a single pillow search into a matched kit for everyone on the trip. The comparison table and FlyBot answer objections before they cost the sale. Local languages and currencies let one store convert traffic from many markets.
The challenge
A travel pillow is a low-price, impulse buy, so order value has to come from the basket, not the item. The store needs to answer the U-shaped pillow objection quickly and give shoppers an easy reason to add a second item.
Our approach
Comfort quiz: Asks who you travel with and what spoils your trips, then builds a matching kit for solo, couple or family travel. Pack deals: Buy 1 and Buy 2 tiers sit in the buy box, with a separate colour picker for each pillow in the deal. Complete-your-kit add-ons: Discounted masks, earplugs and bags are offered as extras directly under the add-to-cart button. Cart drawer upgrades: The cart offers the next pack size, kit add-ons, a free e-book gift and optional shipping protection. Comparison table: A side-by-side table sets FlyHugz against ordinary U-shaped pillows on support, fit, washing and guarantee. FlyBot help chat: An on-site helper answers product, shipping and returns questions by topic, without leaving the page.
