Overview

Flo Pilates sells a foldable Pilates reformer, accessories and a class app. The store is built to sell the reformer as part of a full kit, with the classes to use it.

Goals

Add-ons and full kits raise average order value on a single hero product. Gifts, guarantees and instalment messaging lower the risk of a considered purchase. Reviews with photos and brand replies build trust before checkout. Including the class app with a free trial opens a subscription after the first sale.

The challenge

Home fitness kit is a considered buy. The store has to show it fits a small space, prove it works with real reviews, lower the risk of buying, and turn one reformer into a full kit with the classes to use it.

Our approach

Bundle and save add-ons: Ring, bands and mat sit under the reformer's add-to-cart as discounted add-ons, each with its own colour choice. Free gifts with first order: Gift tiles on the product page show what comes free with the order, with an order-by date for guaranteed gifts. Sticky add-to-cart: A sticky bar keeps the product image, price and add-to-cart in view as shoppers scroll the long product page. Shop Pay instalments: Pay-in-instalments messaging sits under the add-to-cart button, next to warranty, delivery and returns badges. Reviews with brand replies: An Okendo review widget with photo and video filters, sorting, and replies from the brand on individual reviews. Full kit bundle page: A transformation kit page lists every item in the set with its value, alongside the same gifts and guarantees.
