Overview
Comfrt sells slightly weighted hoodies, blankets and loungewear on a headless Shopify storefront. It is built to turn one hoodie into a matching set.
Goals
Set bundles and complete-the-look picks lift average order value without a discount code. A visible free-delivery threshold gives shoppers a reason to add one more item. Size guidance and clear fit notes cut hesitation on apparel, which helps conversion rate. Reviews and clinician quotes build trust before checkout.
The challenge
Apparel with dozens of colours and sizes has to make choosing easy, or shoppers stall at the size chart. A comfort brand also has to back a soft promise with proof, and give every shopper a reason to add the second piece.
Our approach
Bundles on the product page: A hoodie and sweatpants bundle sits under the main add-to-cart, with colour and size picked for each piece. Free-delivery progress bar: The cart drawer shows how far the shopper is from free delivery, and the top bar repeats the threshold. Find My Size: A fit tool in the size guide recommends a size, backed by model height and size notes on the product photos. Complete the look: Matching sweatpants sit below the description, each with its own colour, size and add-to-cart. Clinician and buyer reviews: Okendo reviews run on product pages, and the homepage adds clinician quotes from a third-party review platform. Core and limited colours: Swatches are grouped into core and limited-edition colours, so a large range stays easy to scan.
